The following is an excerpt from the Initiate’s Way Book, and the first step on the path working journey.
Before you begin please have a journal ready to make notes after your journey. Please make sure you won’t be disturbed for at least half an hour.
“A clear inner voice is within reach, and if you listen very carefully, you can hear it speaking softly. It is a persistent voice within all the chaos of the chattering mind. After time spent in quiet contemplation it becomes louder and much easier to hear above the noise of the world.

How do you know when you are awake or asleep?
